All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We accept most major credit cards, money orders, and personal checks. We verify the shipping address on all credit card orders and will only ship to the address listed with the credit card company. We do this for your protection. Please call us for any drop shipment requests. We reserve the right to refuse any drop ship order or request.

If you would like to pay for your items by money order, or personal check please give us a call and we will hold the order aside for you. New customers will have to wait up to ten business days for personal checks to clear. Established, repeat customers will have their orders shipped sooner. We recommend using USPS money orders if you would like something to ship promptly when paying by mail.

We are not responsible for any typographical errors on the website and we reserve the right to charge or refund the difference for any incorrectly priced item. We will always notify the customer of any price discrepancy.

Custom framing and made to order photography prints are charged at the outset and are non-cancelable. All sales are final on custom framing and made to order photography prints. Custom framing orders may take up to ten business days to be completed, and for made to order photography prints please allow five business days for your order to ship.

We know you'll be delighted with the museum quality workmanship of our professional picture framers, as well as the fine attention to detail of our photo lab.

We will notify you of the scheduled ship date, and again after your order actually ships out to you.

We occasionally offer an advance pre-order option on upcoming limited edition apparel, and art books. These special orders are reserved by check, or money order only. They are filled on a strictly limited, first come first served basis, and will be shipped on the release date posted within the item description on the popartnowusa.com website. We reserve the right to refund your order payment due to an overall insufficient pre-order quantity.

Graphic design jobs require a non-refundable deposit dependent on the agreed project scope for any work to proceed. You will be supplied with three design concepts to choose from. Upon approval, we will create final electronic files for print or web usage.

We do not allow any refunds except in certain cases. So please order with care. Always feel free to call us or send us e-mail with any questions or concerns that you may have before you place an order.

We allow a ten business day return period from the time that you receive an item. You may receive either a replacement, or a merchandise credit only, at your discretion. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Replacement orders due to item defect only, will be shipped back to you at no charge. Exchanges will be billed the normal shipping charge. We cannot accept back any apparel that has had the labels removed or that has been washed or worn. All Items must be returned in new and saleable condition or they will be returned to you at your expense.

Any item removed from any sealed packaging is considered SOLD, such as a coin, medal, matted label, or a banknote for instance.

If we are out of any stock item that you order we will notify you to tell you of its intended ship date. However, if you decide to cancel the backordered item we will refund your credit card at your request. If a unique item is damaged or destroyed in transit to you we will issue either a merchandise credit or refund your credit card at your request.

Any MA state taxes are added where applicable. All sales originate and are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. A 5% sales tax is added to applicable products on in-state orders only. All clothing is exempt from sales tax in MA.

We take great care to securely package all of our shipments. We use the most cost effective method to ship your order to you. We ship by the USPS and use a variety of their services depending on the item, destination, and postal regulations.

Please contact us immediately regarding any delivery problem for further instruction, and information. Some items because of their unique nature or limited availability may not be replaceable.

We only ship to the USA and Canada at this time. However, you may contact us for international order requests. We will advise you on whether we can ship to your destination or not as well as what the additional shipping charge will be. We reserve the right to refuse any international order or request.
